Terms and Conditions naga91 — Official Platform Usage Rules

Welcome to naga91. This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and naga91 ("Platform", "Us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the naga91 platform — whether via website or mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to access or use the naga91 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

Registration and use of the naga91 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the time of registration.
• A fully legally capable individual able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits the use of online gaming services.
• Not currently enrolled in any voluntary self-exclusion programme related to gambling.
• Register under your own name only — registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Naga91 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is found to not meet these eligibility requirements, the account will be suspended and the current balance returned upon completion of the investigation.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name as shown on your MyKad, an active phone number, and valid bank account details. All this information is required to process withdrawals and ensure the security of your account.

• Your account password must be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Naga91 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised account sharing.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact our customer support immediately.

Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee. naga91 will send an email notification before any deduction is made.

Naga91 supports a wide range of Malaysian local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, TNG eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All financial transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy:

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are credited to your naga91 account in under 30 seconds.
• There is no maximum daily deposit limit unless you set one yourself through the deposit limit feature.
• Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal: MYR 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed automatically 24/7 in under 5 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified in your name.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification beforehand.
• Naga91 reserves the right to temporarily suspend a withdrawal while an investigation is conducted if any suspicious activity is detected.

Naga91 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward our members' loyalty. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated alongside each offer.

• The Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per new user.
• Every bonus comes with clearly stated wagering (rollover) requirements — no hidden rollovers.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash before wagering requirements are met.
• Naga91 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to fulfil wagering requirements unfairly.
• Only one bonus may be activated at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus offers are for individual members and may not be transferred to another account.

Naga91 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. naga91's decisions regarding bonus claims are final and binding.

All naga91 members are required to conduct themselves respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software or scripts (bots) to play games or conduct transactions.
• Exploiting any system bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain.
• Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward customer support staff or other users.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity.
• Transferring funds between different naga91 accounts to fulfil wagering requirements.
• Sharing login credentials or selling account access to third parties.
• Engaging in any activity that may constitute money laundering.

Naga91 employs an advanced monitoring system operating 24/7 to detect any suspicious activity. Users who violate any of these rules will face immediate action without prior notice.

Naga91 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, attempted fraud, or involvement in any illegal activity.
• Submission of false registration information or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Use of multiple accounts.
• Account closure requested by the user through customer support.

If an account is closed at the user's own request, the valid account balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified bank account within 3–5 business days.

Naga91 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect 7 days after members are notified via their registered email or in-app notification.

It is the user's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the naga91 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes full acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. naga91 is committed to resolving any dispute in a fair, transparent, and timely manner.
